1. In Good Care is not veterinary care

In Good Care helps you organize reminders, care tasks, symptoms, measurements, and history records. The app does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always contact a qualified veterinarian for medical questions, emergencies, or changes in your pet's condition or behavior.

2. Reminders and care tasks

The app may provide local notifications when you enable that feature. You remain responsible for checking and following medication schedules and care instructions.

Notifications can be delayed or missed because of device settings, operating system limits, time changes, or missing permissions.

3. iCloud and your data

In Good Care may use iCloud CloudKit to sync, secure, and restore your data. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and iCloud account.

You confirm that you have the right to store the pet profiles, media, and care data you add to In Good Care.

4. Photos, videos, and content

You keep your rights to photos, videos, and other content you add to In Good Care. You must not store content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered as In Good Care Pro and managed through the App Store. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewals are handled under Apple's App Store terms.

RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlement status.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use In Good Care to violate laws or misuse another person's rights.
• Do not try to interfere with or bypass the app, sync systems, subscription checks, or security features.
• Do not upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data In Good Care processes and why. It forms part of these terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may update In Good Care or these terms to reflect product, legal, or safety needs. If a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit access if these terms are violated.

9. Warranty and liability

In Good Care is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
